Leader and Member Enrollment Reminders and Deadlines

Main Club Leaders have until January 31, 2017 to confirm club members and volunteers in 4-H Online….

Membership fees are due January 31, 2017— Leaders please collect payment from your members and pay at the CSU Extension Office, 17 N. Spruce St., 80905.

To prevent a wait at the CSU Extension Office, please call Dan Smith, 4-H Program Assistant, to schedule a time to come in and pay membership fees. Dan can be reached at: (719) 520-7698 or e-mail

Please bring a list of all fees being paid and a list of club member and adult volunteer names when you come in to pay membership fees.

Please submit REQUIRED FORMS FOR ANIMAL PROJECTS (Animal Care and Housing Form for El Paso County 4-H Animal Projects, El Paso County 4-H Code of Show Ring Ethics, and USDA Wholesome Meat Act) by January 31, 2017. Youth leasing an animal also need to submit a 4-H Lease Contract. USDA Wholesome MQA forms are required from those with “meat” animals and (excludes cats, dogs, horses & cavies). We require hard copies of all these forms to be turned into the Extension Office.

The youth member fee is $40 and the adult volunteer fee is $5. Checks should be made out to El Paso County Extension.
