St. Patrick’s Day Parade Participation Details

All 4-Hers are encouraged to participate!

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade is Saturday, March 11 and the 4-H staging position is #39, which will be on the north side of Monument and east of Tejon.

The Dog Drill Team is first at #38 followed by the float which is #39 and the Llamas follow in position # 40.
You need to be in the staging position at 11 AM.

Drop off the 4H’ers and then park at the end of the parade route which is Vermijo.

Cloverbuds are to remain on the float until a parent arrives to pick them up. The animals will go one way and the float will go another.  So, watch for your children at the parade’s end. Dress for the weather and bring a snack.  Wear lots of green.

Decorate your animals, too. If you have a club banner, bring it so that all your members can walk behind that banner.  If you do not have a club banner, then fall in behind any other club’s banner.

All parents, except those designated, will watch the parade from the sidelines.

The 4H Wildcats will have parents on each side of the float.  For questions, please call Pat Kuhlmann at 540-0347.  Leave a message if I am not home.
Evenings best.

Thank you all for participating.
