CSU Green and Gold Showdown and Blackout Jackpot 5

The SHOWTIMES Blackout steer and heifer jackpot show will be held with the CSU Green & Gold Showdown on March 24-26, 2017 at The Ranch in Loveland, Colorado. A judging contest consisting of approx. 4 cattle classes that include one questions class will also be held. Below is all of the information on the contest. Sign up at the event will begin around 3:00PM.

New for 2017 – Blackout 5 Judging Contest!

Held Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Blackout Jackpot 5 and Green and Gold Showdown in Loveland, Colorado at The Ranch!

Judging Superintendent / Roger Tuell

Our new Judging Contest will consist of several
cattle classes including one questions class.
Juniors and Seniors may enter for free, and adults
$20. Buckles will be awarded to the High Individuals
and Showtimes banners will go to the top 5! Plus,
everyone who judges is entered into a drawing to
open our 5 MYSTERY BOXES valued up to $500!

Junior Division
13 years old and under. Free to enter!
1st Place receives a Buckle and Showtimes Banner!
2nd – 5th receive Showtimes Banners!

Senior Division
14 to 18 years old. Free to enter!
1st Place receives a Buckle and Showtimes Banner!
2nd – 5th receive Showtimes Banners!

Adult Division
19 years old and older. $20 to enter. Half of the
money will be donated to the CSU Livestock
Judging Program with the other half being
jackpotted back to the top 2 individuals!
70% to 1st Place and 30% to 2nd Place!

Following the Judging Contest, we will have a Sullivan Supply Demo and Team Fitting Contest. Our Heifer Show will be held Saturday and our Steer Show will be Sunday.
