Classes are every Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm beginning January 25 through April 5, 2018. **Class on January 25th starts at 10:00 am**

$35.00 half day session (Weeks of March 29 and April 5)

To pay by cash or check, please complete the registration form below and send or drop your form and payment at the Extension office. Registration for each class will close the day prior at 12:00 pm.

January 25 – How Plants Grow (Botany) $65. Learn plant processes and parts (10:00 am start).
February 1 – Soils, Fertilizers and Soil Amendments $65. Learn various soil types and management practices.
February 8 – Plant Pathology (Diseases and Disorders) $65. Learn how to diagnose and treat diseases.
February 22 – Turfgrass Management $65. Learn grass species and proper care practices.
March 1 – Lawn and Garden Insects (Entomology) $65. Learn which insects are good and bad for gardens.
March 8 – Weed Management $65. Learn weed cycles, types and prevention.
March 15 РVegetable Gardening $65. Learn growing seasons, design and characteristics of various crops.
March 29 – Diagnosing Plant Problems (Morning session 9:00 am to 12:00 pm) $35.00. Learn processes, disorders and management.
March 29 -Woody Plant Identification (Afternoon session 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm) $35.00. Learn basic tree identification.
April 5 – Noxious Weed and Invasive Species (Morning session 9:00 am to 12:00 pm) $35. Learn why weeds are a threat and how to manage them.
April 5 – Wise Water Management for Landscaping (Afternoon session 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm) $35. Learn about water resources, responsible use and the best practices for landscapes.
