Eat Smart, Live Strong includes fun, social and interactive sessions designed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity among adult’s age 55 and older. Throughout the sessions participants will gain the skills needed to promote healthy behavior changes to improve their overall health and well-being.

New and Improved “Healthy You” returns with six weekly classes that include weight loss, mindful eating and nutrition information. Participants receive a program manual, pedometer, weekly snacks and prizes and social support.
